94 degrees here. Another round of nasty storms moving in later this afternoon.

88° so far for the high here. That's about as warm as it gets here. The humidity is still low which should help it cool off fast this evening.

Stay safe from the storms :bc:

Forecast is really interesting. Storms tracking north /northeast from Nebraska into southern Minnesota. There was 65 mph winds in the storm last night, this one looks to be much worse.

This stuff is heading right for us at 85-90mph.  Another 30 minutes or less and it will be here.  The dog is already panting and getting ready to hide at any minute.

Round 5 or 6 in the last 48 hours.  In the last 24-36 hours, we have had over 6 inches of rain at home and one of our weather stations reported back over 10 inches in 24 hours.

The creek in our back yard that is normally 5-8 feet wide is well over 100 feet across right now.

Lots of fields dug with no crops poking through yet.  Grrr.

First storm just skirted by west of us. Second one coming behind it. Doesn't sound quite as severe.

Well, no power for the last 17-18 hours now.  That is just great, but it could always be worse.

Not much damage for us, but a lot of washouts to fix.

Have been helping people clean up around town with a payloader and dump truck for a while today.

Friend's bin site and one of his sheds are gone.

Lots of damage around here.  Lots of damage.

Looks like a fair amount of damage out your way, that sucks. Not much wind here just piss pounded with rain.

It's already up to 80⁰ at 11AM. Heading to the mid 80s today with a little bit of humidity in the air. Still not bad in the shade and enough of a breeze to keep the bugs away.

Thanks Dale! We priced it a little high to only attract people looking to spend in that range. We got a call b4 9am that there was a viewing at 10:30. It hasn't been 24 hours yet on the market and we'll see what happens.
