I always thought they were stupid and ugly but my kids all got em and I picked up a pair of black ones shortly after. I only wear em around the house and at the shop when Im getting in and out of Boats all day tired of taking my Boots off and on.

They have their place IMO. But you wont catch me wearing em out to dinner like some bums .

I didn't wear socks in the military where those hippo feet were born and raised. I rarely wear them now so, they stay beefy! I can walk on glass.
