At restaurants, I mean actual restaurants, not fucking subway or the local pizza shop, I tip well. At bars I tip fantastically. But if I get shot service, it will be rewarded with a shit tip. Earn it. Some places ask for tips and I just chuckle, like at subway or at some convenience stores. No way am I tipping for merely ringing me out at a cash register.

tipping at Starbucks is weird. Using the app I don’t get prompted for a tip. When paying with a card I get prompted.
