I don't follow soccer but it sounds like they need to review the rules for reviewing plays, penalties and over turning player suspensions from the higher ups in their sport. Just because a ref hands out a red card you're automatically suspended from the next game and you or your team can not appeal the call or red card???

That isn't soccer but FIFA. It's appealed all the time in many leagues.
