We are starting off in a pretty good winter pattern so far here in northern Vermont. We have had snow covering the ground for about a month now. Not a lot, but snow covered ground. We picked up another 6 inches today.

Been a while.

Still very light here and nothing much sticking. Looks extremely heavy just off the coast of Delaware and filling in in the Virginia's and Carolina's..... So I think we should be getting into that later. They are calling for like 2 inches per hour later. Looks like we will just miss the Blizzard conditions with the winds not sustained long enough around here. Winds are absolutely calm around here right now.

The Cape and the Islands are supposed to get hammered. Heavy winds and a couple of feet of snow.

Yeah I seen that but the extreme coast may get a lot of rain too. All of it is going to water soaked and heavy. Throw in the wind and it will be pretty rough im sure.

One of the guys I was snowmobiling with last week lives in RI, they are gonna get buried.

This thing is just creeping along so slowly. It's finally kicking in a little bit here and the visibility has dropped. And now finally starting to stick on the driveway. Should be all heading your way and areas North. Now I can see why the accumulations will be up there with such a slow movement. And plenty down south yet to come.

But they have reduced our accumulations from 10 to 20 ..Now 7- 14...... So who knows what we will end up with.

Snowing pretty good now with maybe 4 inches on the ground but I think they overhyped this storm.... At least in this area. Hardly any wind at all. Looks like a ways to go yet so we'll see what overnight brings.

About 6” here now snowing hard.

Haven't been outside yet.... But it looks to be pretty much over. I'd say six to eight inches at best. Pretty lame compared to what they were calling for here.

Full on blizzard here . Wind was howling all night something fierce. Windows have snow all over em. Hard to tell how much we really have since its blown all over . We closed the shop today. Probably just head in later and plow the parking lot once its slows down.

The roads weren't bad but a couple of windy open spots got my attention, almost a whiteout.
