Arctic Cat announcement July 3rd

Besides the announcement of them closing on May 22 2025, what is the big news?

New race sled?

New engine?

New model?

F7?

None of the above?

  • All sleds sold in MN will come with the ECU programmed to the state's 50mph speed limit.

  • Perhaps a special Jim Ramstad edition that is limited to 15mph and has lidar with autobrakes to prevent slow speed collisions.

  • They have some more updating to do. This is not an acceptable answer when searching F7.

I wonder if that dude that was sneaking around the plant getting spy photos of the procross chassis will be back too. His name Carl maybe?

How to celebrate Sep 3rd 2025

You might start by indulging in some literary delights with a steaming plate of Welsh rarebit while diving into a book on Indigenous culture. To embrace the spirit of adventure, consider visiting a nearby skyscraper or taking a virtual tour online. Enhance your knowledge by learning about the Merchant Navy’s pivotal role in global trade.

Next, engage in some friendly competition by organizing a bowling match with friends or family, or even trying your hand at a game of bowling online. Celebrate talent and skills by showcasing your own abilities, whether it’s through creating art, singing, or simply sharing your talents with others.

To wrap up the day, take a moment to appreciate the diverse talents and contributions of people around the world on Global Talent Acquisition Day. Reflect on the importance of literacy and education, and perhaps consider donating a book to support Indigenous literacy efforts.

These holidays offer a unique opportunity to explore different cultures, talents, and accomplishments. So go ahead and make the most of this eclectic mix of celebrations!

They brought out a zr600 with power steering and the bearcat 4 wheeler at haydays today

Definitely not the big news people wanted a “5 month old” company to bring out. But it’s something to show that they’re working on shit with what they got. I’m sure the EPS sno pro will be way too much money but on paper it sounds like the perfect wife/new rider unit.

People always want something big and exciting at Hay days. Given the situation, I wasn’t expecting anything at all. It takes time to come out with new stuff, especially since big T literally gutted the company. Relying on the legacy aspect will buy them some time with the faithful. Brads presentation was a far cry from Heidi’s a few years ago, where people were ready to start throwing things. When he thanked the customers for their passion and support, someone from the crowd said “No thank you” it was a moving experience for many, including Brad.

Make no mistake, turning this thing around isn’t going to be easy, but they are killing it with marketing, and that’s a big piece of what’s been missing for several years.

Typical swing and a miss with Cat. If they had any brains whatsoever, they’d have released an 858 El Tigre with EPS and retro graphics. But no, they didn’t. Too stupid. Too out of touch with the market. Hell, they would have been better off releasing an HCR or HCX with retro Powder Special graphics and some shit taken off for lighter weight. The dumbass Cat faithful would’ve eaten that up.

Cat will continue its steady decline into obscurity.

fixed... I had to read that twice to make sure someone wasn't being an asshole. one guy I know probably would have shouted out 'when are Catalyst 129 rails coming off backorder?!!!!?' lmao

it's going to take a bit of time to right the ship even under new ownership and management, everyone will be watching and hopefully we get the kind of winter that will generate some sales for them.

out of curiosity... I wonder what their plans are for the 4S market going down the road.

Thank goodness, Arctic Cat is saved!

They are getting back into racing big time…. Yay! That’s what brought the company so much sales success the last two times they went bankrupt. lol2

Next week they are announcing they are getting back into Freestyle with fully sponsored team of five riders!

if it helps me get to the i500 track it is money well spent. The leaking water pump will mark the trail so I know how to get back home.
