Don't forget they like to put out these lists to convince the morons that other countries are "more free" even though they have more laws restricting basic freedoms.....all designed to manipulate.

Do you really think that everything is done just to keep America down?

I was surprised myself that we weren't in the top 15 so I looked into it a little. There are several different studies on the subject. The US was ranked 14th on one that I read . Another one we were tied for 17th. The studies consider both personal and economic freedoms.

In one study I read we have dropped from 3rd to 9th in freedom of speech.

No, but I do think there are people who purposely write these articles to try and discourage the perception of freedom. What reason was given as to why we dropped from 3rd to 9th?
