What are some good sites to determine the value of a used snowmobile?

Might be getting rid of my '09 Z1 turbo with the hyjack boondocker boost controller.

I know it's probably not worth much but it's just taking up space in my garage that I could use And it's doubtful that I will ever ride again.

I’d just do searches of FB Marketplace and Craigslist ads in your location to see what your sled is going for. If nothing comes up keep expanding the area. Some dipshits still think COVID pricing is in effect. Those guys will not be selling anything.

Craiglist is dead as well. FB marketplace is where the values are the most easily found

Still find some good deals on Craigslist it’s worth a quick look anyway but ya compared to years ago it’s basically dead.

I’m glad Deepthroater thinks CL is dead. Keeps him off it so I can scoop up good deals.

There's no book that will tell you the current market, that's for boomers. FB marketplace can be used to determine the current market.

Most z1t's I see are 3000-3500.

Considering I brought up the good deals to be had on cl I woulda thought it was towards me or at least both us but I guess I should have know it was for AK he likes stocking him lol

I had to block Deepthroater for a while as he got Fatal Attraction obsessed with me.

2009. Copper ltd edition... Just under 5,000 mi. Been sitting for quite awhile , has a cracked windshield just from stutter bumps but I have a new one never installed. And also a scratched side panel from friend tipping on its side while making a slow turn but I have the panel he bought but never installed. It did fire right up and I rode it around my property last winter and put maybe 5 miles on it 😂. Not sure what is going on but I noticed a small oil spot last week when moving it around.....so I assume a gasket may be starting to leak somewhere.... So that could be an issue..probably from sitting. .

      I'm Actually starting to think I might build some heavy duty shelving on the wall of the garage and use a forklift to lift the sled up on the shelf to get it out of the way and just keep as a momento of my riding days. 😆... I'm kind of sentimental that way. 😢

Or you could just ride it. It's fun. Might make you smile again.

I had an 09 limited z1 turbo but I had it blacked out. Still had the copper springs but everything else black. And a taller windshield. Was an impressive machine in a lot of ways.

I had a really cool rr I never posted pictures of. It was one of a kind and cat could have sold a lot of them.

Oh it's been a great sled overall. I believe it had some recalls and updates in the beginning.. But it's never given me any trouble. And the boost controller really woke it up. When I sold my snowmobile camp I just didn't have the heart to part with this thing.

Doesn’t take much in the way of shelving and I used a come-a-long to pull it up with my ramp so it was tucked as close the ceiling as I could get it.

That’s the same sled as the one sitting on the floor when it had maybe 100ish miles on it - now has almost 15k
