OMG! We are under cyber attack! dEpLoY tHeE nAtIoNaL gUaRds!!!

In a bizarre twist of events, the city of St. Paul had a cyber attack within the last 24ish hours.

Governor Walzie deploys in MN National Guard.

WTF are they supposed to do?

Stand next to every City of St. Paul computer with their service arm pointed at it?

Crack open a few server rooms and huck some hand grenades in?

I mean, he only waited 3 or 4 days to send them in during the Floyd riots since Gwen likes the smell of burning tires.

if the hackers are threatening to SHUT OFF THE INTERNET.... yeah, they'll need a lot more than the National Guard to deal with all the rioting, hand wringing and tear shedding. it's abundantly clear

I've looked at the main few culprits for news and for the life of me cannot determine why the MN National Guard needs to be called in for this.

All their articles said they were brought in for order, but seriously, the local police, sheriffs, and State Patrol are not capable of such things?

Makes you wonder just how bad it is. Like is this catastrophic and he just doesn't know what else to do?

I'm looking forward to how he can pin this on POTUS, like all of his other failures.

I'm certain if he can't pin it on Trump in some convoluted way, he'll at least pin in on MN GOP for "getting in the way" or some other broad term when the DFL maintained 100% control of state politics and city of St. Paul politics.

I'm actually surprised there aren't more cyber attacks. That is the way any enemy could beat us. Imagine everyone wakes up tomorrow and your bank accounts are empty. That would be instant chaos that no military could control.

It's interesting they haven't said any details about the cyber attack. They wouldn't do that about any other physical attack but I guess it's ok to not ask any questions when it's by computer? Like WTF is this attack affecting? Specifically.

WTF is wrong with that guy

Still front page, bolded big letter headline news in MN, yet I still do not know why the National Guard needs to be deployed.

You nailed it with the blame game coming from Walz ... this will be due to a Trump, MAGA, GOP issue.

This. It’s worrisome.

Did he deploy actual troops, or certain NG with expertise in tech?
