It's been about 5-6 years since we stayed at the Great Northern in Mercer and then it was getting not to bad but not the best. Stayed there Saturday night for a surprise birthday party and it's getting rather dumpy now. Probably will not be staying there anymore.

    Sadly was getting shaky awhile ago. Knights Inn across the street looked nice but limited rooms and Club 51 some of the locals said was nice.

    Staff and restaurant at the Great Northern was nice. Crashing the wedding there was fun.

    Rooms were getting a little shaky. A night crashing for a guys ride could work. Ride with the wife or with couples would choose elsewhere.
