Don't even get me started on them. We had a package sent from CT to MA last week and it had a company name on it. They delivered it to a private residence 50 miles from here. Three grand worth of machine parts lost that we now have to remake.

We are switching to fedex like a good portion of our customers have. Ever since the strike they have gone down hill.

They lost the first box of parts somehow over the weekend. Tuesday Spicer sent out 2 more (last 2 in existence, and no more being made till October) also next day air, and somehow, someway, those turned around and started heading back toward Tennessee.

What pisses me off most, is you can't get anybody on the phone to talk to. It's all automated bullshit, and you know goddamned well there's offices with bitches hired to sit there on thier asses all day long and pretend to be busy, but noone to answer a phone call to help someone out.

Oh, and here's another just for good measure....

Damn that sucks. Ive had more issues with fed ex than ups.

Ordered new axles for the nova and they didnt show up. Trying to get a hold of someone is damn near impossible. I finally got a call 3 weeks later asking me if im expecting axles. Apparently someone spilled paint on the box and it covered up the tracking number. wtf!!!!!

They dropped stuff off here before that doesn’t belong to me too.

Last week we were waiting for a crankshaft. Driver shows up. Guess it needed a signature. Guy at home didnt hear the truck and the dude drove off. Too much in a rush. Had to drive to willington to get it at the plant.

Customer service folks say " people are so rude nowadays" well the automated shit we have to put up with for 12 minutes trying to talk to a human is what makes us rude. We were nice 2 minutes before fucking calling you.

I've had major issues with FeEx, much worse than UPS or USPS.

If you want to see real suckage put a fragile label on your box and ship it ups.

Yes USPS is no better. Sent an overnight package out Monday morning toTexas. As of this morning it's in transit to Texas.

USPS Priority takes 7 days from PA to here in NH.

I checked Google Maps and it takes 6 days to walk it.

No worries. We shut him off and he got a USPS delivered notice he had a package at the center and to come pick it up. Every time.

Within a week he was begging to sign.

People being ignorant just to be ignorant.

Yeah, I had the same deal with a bike I delivered.

Claimed he never got it and I saw it hanging up on a rack in his garage like a day later .

He had to sign for everything from then on no matter what it was....fukin asshole. Thankfully, I only had to deal with a few of those false claims over decades of delivering.

And you really do get a pretty good idea of the type of people you're dealing with when you work this job.
