UPS sucks

On day 7 now waiting for parts that were overnighted last Friday.

No one gives a shit anymore, irregardless of how much you pay them to work, and even after they retire.

Don't even get me started on them. We had a package sent from CT to MA last week and it had a company name on it. They delivered it to a private residence 50 miles from here. Three grand worth of machine parts lost that we now have to remake.

We are switching to fedex like a good portion of our customers have. Ever since the strike they have gone down hill.

Word on the street is they all suck. Tracking # shows it to be here today.

They lost the first box of parts somehow over the weekend. Tuesday Spicer sent out 2 more (last 2 in existence, and no more being made till October) also next day air, and somehow, someway, those turned around and started heading back toward Tennessee.

What pisses me off most, is you can't get anybody on the phone to talk to. It's all automated bullshit, and you know goddamned well there's offices with bitches hired to sit there on thier asses all day long and pretend to be busy, but noone to answer a phone call to help someone out.

Oh, and here's another bigfinger just for good measure....

yes... and the chatbots on their websites are usually as useless as tits on a bowling ball.

I have the unpublished phone numbers to our local UPS and FedEx distribution centers if we need shit found asap, as you're right... there's no actual humans to talk to with either for the general public. feel free to blame snake and viper as they cut anyone who could possibly help you to pay for their lavish pensions... lol

Damn that sucks. Ive had more issues with fed ex than ups.

Ordered new axles for the nova and they didnt show up. Trying to get a hold of someone is damn near impossible. I finally got a call 3 weeks later asking me if im expecting axles. Apparently someone spilled paint on the box and it covered up the tracking number. wtf!!!!!

They dropped stuff off here before that doesn’t belong to me too.

Last week we were waiting for a crankshaft. Driver shows up. Guess it needed a signature. Guy at home didnt hear the truck and the dude drove off. Too much in a rush. Had to drive to willington to get it at the plant.

I've had major issues with FeEx, much worse than UPS or USPS.

UPDATE:

Still no fucking parts. Two more days to cut this wheat before more rain and humidity on Sunday, and still no fucking parts, let alone the time putting it back together.

That's to be expected. Viper claims he was an exemplary employee and if that is their description you should expect that shit

USPS is by far the worst.

You would have never gotten your packages if I was your carrier..... All your shit would have been thrown right over into a creek. Either that or I would have pissed on it and hand delivered it to you. 😆....suck it bitch....

Trust me.... I learned very quickly who the elite, snobbish, better than thou were on my route ...And I often would make sure that they had to sign for their pkg, Just to make life a little more difficult for them. Fortunately there were only a couple of your type on my route.

Yes USPS is no better. Sent an overnight package out Monday morning toTexas. As of this morning it's in transit to Texas.

USPS Priority takes 7 days from PA to here in NH.

I checked Google Maps and it takes 6 days to walk it.

Probably not, actually.

The people out there who think their shit don't stink seem to go out of their way to treat anyone they perceive is beneath them (work with their hands, provide a service where actual labor is involved, or doesn't require a degree in African basket weaving) and make a point of you knowing it.

2 doctors. Foreigners, which made it worse. Delivered an expensive bike to them. Nothing prompted a signature. After the fact, the shipper wanted a signature. I asked the dude if he would sign for it. "Nope. You fucked up when you delivered it it. Too bad." Admitted he got it.

No worries. We shut him off and he got a USPS delivered notice he had a package at the center and to come pick it up. Every time.

Within a week he was begging to sign.

People being ignorant just to be ignorant.

Fuck 'em.

Don't even get me started on the from away lake people who came to the summer houses during covid.

Yeah, I had the same deal with a bike I delivered.

Claimed he never got it and I saw it hanging up on a rack in his garage like a day later .

He had to sign for everything from then on no matter what it was....fukin asshole. Thankfully, I only had to deal with a few of those false claims over decades of delivering.

And you really do get a pretty good idea of the type of people you're dealing with when you work this job.
