Australian GP is this weekend... lot of changes and new faces.

Placed our annual points based dinner wager with a few fun twists last night with my friend.

The bet:

(dinner) Driver - he took Lewis and I took Lando

(bar tab) Team - he (of course) took Ferrari so I took McClaren

(dessert) Low Tier Team Driver - we both wanted Sainz so he had to come off the table. I took Ocon with Haas and he took Ollie Bearman, also with Haas. (laughter ensued)

We both agreed (he begrudgingly) that Max is the best driver and kept anything to do with Red Bull completely off the table. I will of course be rooting for Carlos to beat Lewis... 😜

what happened to the Indy Car race? they were around lap 30, screen locked and now they're showing the circle jerk 300?

Liam Lawson got the boot back to Racing Bulls after 2 races with Red Bull.

Yuki is move to Red Bull to replace him.

Sucks for a likeable driver and good news for a likeable driver.

IMO, Red Bull really should have given him a half dozen races or so to get acclimated to the car.

imo moving Yuki to Checos seat and Lawson in an RB would have made sense.

manufacturers points race is also interesting... imo McClaren will take it but between Merc/Ferrari and Red Bull it's going to be a battle to the wire.

It is looking good for McLaren for sure. If Yuki can run close to Max Red Bull has a chance.

yup... Antonelli and Yuki vs LeClerc/Lewis will be a determining factor.

This thread has been quiet. I attended the Canadian Grand Prix this past weekend. It is a really cool track. Had a good time at the race. It was a little boring but overall good. I will post some photos later.

good season thusfar and it's great to see the top teams and drivers actually being competitive. that was a huge podium for Antonelli, kid can really drive. Williams in 5th and Haas in 6th place... wild.

if you aren't in the braking zone and they're going wot... probably not

here are some from Sunday.....We sat in Grandstand 11, section 3, row M...at the Senna curve and you can see down the main straightaway
