The inconsistency with these yellows is pissing people off…there was zero reason to throw it yesterday and they fucked up what would have been another Atlanta photo finish. 😤

Veteran racer Corey LaJoie announced a multifaceted NASCAR effort in 2025 that will see the 33-year-old return to the NASCAR Cup Series and appear on Prime Video NASCAR broadcasts as an analyst.

LaJoie will drive the No. 01 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for Rick Ware Racing in a limited schedule, beginning with the season-opening Daytona 500. The No. 01 aligns with LaJoie’s desire to create a Stacking Pennies Performance Brand, the genesis of which began four years ago with his Stacking Pennies podcast. Built on the notion that small victories over time lead to success, Stacking Pennies is now one of the most popular NASCAR podcasts.

Good for Lajoie…he should be a very good analyst.👊🏻

Agreed!  I've watched / listed to several Stacking Pennies podcasts and he does a great job.

I didn't realize that it was Corey's idea to step back from racing full time. According to what he said on his podcast RWR was committed to Corey running the entire season.

Who was it that was trying to get Rockingham going 4cor 5 years ago? I think it was a former driver.

Just me and appreciate Nascar's effort this is just to small of a track.  Like the idea of going to a track that they normally don't run on but go to a track they can actually race on.  Track is hardly wide enough to get 2 cars side by side.

Agreed on it being to small. Pretty boring heat races with the exception of the first heat.

This is a highbank 1/4 mile track just Nth of Milwaukee Wi.  Has 2 lanes side by side racing and the ability to pass in either lane.  Many Nascar drivers have raced here.

Clash getting ready to start…apparently the LCQ was a wreckfest.

Let me know when there is 20 left to go. I don't see much happening until then.

20 to go

Wow, who would have thought they could have a boring race on a 1/2 mile track?

I did see that one. I watched about a half hour of the LCQ and they put away maybe 5 laps.

I thought it was rather boring. About the only interesting storyline was Blaney coming up through the field.

Maybe it would be more interesting if they did everything in one day like the local tracks. Heat races, LCQ and then the main event. :dunno:
