Slippery slope having states make the decision to not help the federal govt when completing their constitutional duties.   I think the fed govt should have the right to withhold federal money from the state.   If a federal assault weapons ban put in place I'm sure these state wouldn't like border states saying to the feds they won't participate and allow sales of them anyway.

This kind of all started with drugs.   States legalizing drugs that the fed govt banned was the start.  I like power in the hands of the state but immigration is one that the fed govt must be involved.  

Every state should send their illegals to these sanctuary states, counties and cities.   You want them you get them.

California 520 Billion in Debt

NY 368 Billion in Debt

Illinois 159 Billion in Debt

Wash.  90 Billion in Debt.

Fabulous states!!!!  They look at federal funding as a percentage of their annual revenue when they try and say Blue stats pay more.  Base it on federal funding total dollars. California got 11+%, NY got 5.7%

Such a disingenuous statement.  Add up all the federal dollars by state and who they are run by and post it.  No percentages, just actual dollars.

That is false statement.  There are all kinds of articles explaining why.  If you look at the top 10 they are add up to about the same.  Can you list the blue states, then list the federal dollars they get.  CA and IL get about 100 billion.

Red states have a been a financial suck on the federal government for as far back as I can recall. Liberal blacks call federal aid welfare. Conservative whites call it benefits.
