Platinum Donating Member ViperGTS/Z1 Posted November 5 Platinum Donating Member Posted November 5 I haven't voted yet but what I read is all I need is the voter ID card that I got in the mail. No picture or license required..... Probably head out around lunch time to vote depending on how long the line is it's only a couple miles away. I have all day if it's too crowded I'll just go later Quote
Platinum Contributing Member Skidooski Posted November 5 Platinum Contributing Member Posted November 5 Even before 7am the line went out the door and into the paring lot in my small rural town. Had to show drivers license and it was verified Quote
USA Donating Member Mag6240 Posted November 5 USA Donating Member Posted November 5 They asked for an ID when I signed up for early voting and my drivers license was what I presented. Quote
Platinum Donating Member Rigid1 Posted November 5 Platinum Donating Member Posted November 5 I did not, but they verified my signature against the past 3 signatures from previous voting. My son is voting for the first time after work today, I'm definitely going to ask him if he had to show ID since they don't have a previous signature to go off of Quote
NaturallyAspirated Posted November 5 Posted November 5 Yes, and we should. We should also have free state issued IDs. Neal Quote
ActionfigureJoe Posted November 5 Posted November 5 (edited) Yep. In-depth questionnaire as well. DL #. Current address. Past address, last 4 of the SS#. Every paper ballot is serialized to the voter. Edited November 5 by ActionfigureJoe Quote
Jerry 976 Posted November 5 Posted November 5 No, only 1st time voters at the poll location have to show their ID. Quote
USA Donating Member Deephaven Posted November 5 USA Donating Member Posted November 5 Nope. Needed to know some personal information that they verified, but no ID. Walked in at 10:11 and walked out at 10:14. 1 Quote

MnDean Posted November 5 Posted November 5 I only had to show it the first time I voted today, the 2nd and 3rd no one asked for any ID 1 5 Quote

In AZ early in-person, I needed to scan my ID, then it was physically checked. The guy who checked looked closely at my ID, then at me to verify. Our mail in balloting is still signature verification, which is beyond retarded, but I'm happy about the ID check requirement to vote in person. The two young black kids (late teen or early 20s) in front of me, both holding Republican voting "cheat sheets" BTW, didn't have any issues showing ID. I was shocked they even knew what a computer was, much less had ID! Quote

Was speaking to one of the long time poll workers and he said they have been jammed all day.....on a record pace for turnout So I am taking that as a very good sign in PA.... especially in my Trump dominant area. The only ID I had to show was the voter ID card. No picture ID, no license was required. They did have a copy of my sig that they matched up. This is my first time voting in PA and they said the next time I would not have to show any ID at all..... I guess as long as they have your name and signature in the computer it's all good. Quote

It took me forever to fill out my ballot. 4 pages front and back. Our idiot leftist governor Hobbs is the veto queen. She vetos literally everything that comes across her desk so the legislature has to put items on the ballot instead. It's nuts. This is why Maricopa will take so long to tally. Quote
