My son runs a company. They interviewed a young person for a job recently. During the interview, the job seeker mentioned that they didn't see any gender neutral bathrooms in the building. The manager asked my son if they should hire the candidate. 

He told them that you can hire the person if you want to, but you won't be able to fire them if they don't work out, so be careful. 

Job seeker is still seeking as far as I know. 

Why would anyone ask that question during in interview???

They were probably setting up for the lawsuit ahead of time lol..

 

I had an interviewer ask me why I told them I am in a stable marriage, have no kids, don't want them, and have no need to be home at a certain time, or date. Long unpredictable hours with this job.

"Because it matters, and you can't ask me those questions" was my response
