Just baked potato style or what? I'm usually dicing and boiling them, smashing them into a skin-on cake thing, or dicing them in chunks with a bit of oil and seasoning for a grill or broiler.

That and Escargot may be the only things I have never tried.
November 21, 2025Nov 21 Whipped up some mystery stuff that turned out pretty good and cheap.Started out with a bunch of Ramen noodles with a seasoning no one in the house liked. Boiled the noodles in the remainder of a bottle of beef bone broth and a spoonful of beef tallow. Threw in powdered garlic and a couple shakes of our newest Chimichurri seasoning. Finished with the remains of 1/2 a steak sliced as thin as I could get it.Topped with more Chimichurri seasoning. It was a hit.
