Was anyone verifying the excuses as to why someone could not be present on Election Day? Like if someone put down that they would be out of state on vacation that day but then you found them at their house that day, was anyone like that charged ever? In 2016 only 260k absentee ballots were cast. In 2020 1.8 million were mailed. That's an 85% increase. If 1 vote is fraudulant then 1 citizens rights were violated.... That would be my goal if I were in charge. Not one voice drowned out by fraud.

What was going on in 2020 that had people avoiding crowded areas.

racer254
When you have no argument, make light of the situation, right. Well, this is why France votes the way they do: SECURITY CONCERNS AND NOT SOLID ENOUGH LEGALLY. NO MAIL-IN VOTING, RARE MACHINE-VOTING Mail-in voting was banned in 1975 amid fears of potential fraud. Machine-voting was allowed as an experiment starting in 2002, but the purchase of new machines has been frozen since 2008 due to security concerns. Only a few dozen towns still use them. Last year, Macron’s centrist government tried to pass an amendment to allow early voting by machine to encourage electoral participation amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The Senate, led by a conservative majority, rejected the measure, arguing it was announced with too little notice and was not solid enough legally. Deephaven
Lol, you don't understand shit. France's unions protect the idiots that run the balloting sites which is why they didn't change. Same reason you can visit Paris and watch the garbage pile up, trains not move, or the airports get fucked. They fight first and foremost to protect workers rights often without thinking of the consequences. Either way, not relevant. You claimed our shit was rigged yet only have your emotion to go on. That does not make any case for reform...

Apparently he doesn't like mail in voting as he believes it is ripe with fraud, just like many here. Why don't you start a thread on it.....oh wait, maybe you did and no one cares.
