  • A considerable portion of Colombia's oil operations is located in the Amazon, posing a significant risk to natural resources and nearby communities.

What do you plan to do to help them?

Tell them to get a job harvesting cobalt from mine tailings so they at least can earn money to buy bottled water

We do it better, not perfectly but better. Maritime oil transportation is very heavily regulated.g

If I spill as little as 5 gallons I am required to report it. A few years ago we spilled approximately 3*5 gallons and we had to dig up every ounce of dirt that was contaminated and put into plastic bags and then into a fish tote. We strapped that fish tote to the deck and kept it for the remainder of the season until we got back to Seward were it could be cleaned properly. Had to inspect every inch of hose even though it wasn't the hose. Got drug and alcohol tested, incident reports to the company and USCG. Native Corp who was purchasing the fuel had to certify we brought all the contaminated dirt with us. All that for 3 gallons.

While we do it better in some aspects others not so much.  When we have a spill it’s usually pretty epic and have generational lasting impacts

That spill is the primary reason my industry is so heavily regulated. It was an extremely formative event for the US Merchant Marine,

Sounds like China where 80-90% of their water is unfit for drinking and the largest river in the country could dry up this summer.

Ok dmart guy so pull up any oil rig pic you like and any lithium mine pic you wish and we will compare.  I have been on many rig sites in ND and they are extremely regulated . Fucking mud can not even escape the rig . I have not been to a lithium mine but I have been in a few strip operations in my life .

I can tell you what one has the greater impact on the environment you pretend to give a fuck about when justifying your fusion 900
