Labor Force Participation rate is 4% lower than in 2003. It hasn't even reach pre-pandemic levels yet.....

2003. That would be when boomer participation in the labor market was at its peak.

When speaking to a retard, visual aids are a must. Boomer participation in the labor market peaked in 2003. The rate has been dropping since.

lots retired on the back of the stock market increases and the pandemic.   it will be a long time before participation returns to previous levels.   given the number of kids not working and the 18-24 participation rate it may never do so.

The chart simply indicates what everyone should know. Massive retirements of the boomer class during Covid left a hole. People cashed out on the massive valuation increase of their homes and investments. We found the good life. :)

And now they're going back to work because of Bidens high inflation.

If this amount of inflation is making them go back to work, then they couldn’t have retired in the first place.

A democrat would say that.
