Oh, so you’re happy that America hating lesbian got let out in exchange for a war criminal. Try to think rational for once in your fucking life.

not one word? I think that is the point. I said a month ago that we have many more people rotting in Russian jails who don’t deserve to be there and didn’t do anything wrong,  And that they would let this bitch out once they figured out how to make a good headline out of it.  And who gets top of the fold on New York Times and the Washington Post, but some fucking lesbian who hates America. And that’s exactly what happened, we let out the lesbian and keep the veteran incarcerated.  Biden fucking sucks

Again…just pointing out that Whelan was dishonorably discharged and how come Trump didn’t get him released?🤔

Ben is off his meds again today. I’m sorry that life seems to have served you up a bowl of shit soup. It’s never too late to change careers or move to a better place and make your life happier. As bad as things are right now in this country, it’s because we have let the inmates take over the asylum, and it still remains the best place on earth. If you don’t think so we’ll go to where you think it’s better. Or kill yourself. Your choice 😊🖕

Paul Whelan

Paul and David Whelan, twins born in Canada who grew up in the United States, spent their 49th birthdays earlier this month very differently.

David Whelan, a lawyer who specializes in information and technology, was diving into books about Russian negotiation tactics and using Google Translate to glean clues about how his brother got wrapped up in what he views as a fabricated spying scandal. Meanwhile, Paul Whelan turned a year older in Lefortovo Prison in Moscow.

As Paul Whelan enters his third month of detention in Russia, his case stands as a counterpoint to President Donald Trump’s public boasting about his ability to get U.S. citizens detained abroad released. Trump, who in December announced his administration had freed 17 Americans, has hosted public events with returned Americans at the White House, most recently with Danny Burch, who recently returned from Yemen.

But now, scrutiny is building over Trump’s handling of overseas hostages, particularly after he said that North Korea’s leader didn’t know about the treatment of Otto Warmbier, an American who was returned to the United States in a coma and died soon after. And Paul Whelan is becoming another sore spot on Trump’s record of returning Americans.

Well someone thought he was a pretty bad dude back in 2010.  If you believe this story its unfuckingbeleivable that we traded him for someone caught with some CBD oil.

60 minutes did a segment on him.  If what is covered here is even remotely true this trade is almost treasonous.

1:00 Mark.   "Viktor Bout in my eyes is one of the most dangerous men on the face of the earth."

I have zero issue with him being traded. His career is over. He’s branded as a no go zone across the globe. My issue is with who was traded first.

I disagree. It’s not about one being worth more than the other. It’s a matter of need. He’s sick and not doing well. She can last another few years before the next trade opportunity comes along.

Agree that she shouldn't been first choice in a trade but its not just about what he still can do but what he's done.  If we are to believe that guy at all on the 60 minutes report he should have faced the death penalty.  You don't let those guys go for anyone.

Everything reported on 60 minutes about the guy was through the lens of government employees looking for a position boost. If I recall, he was apprehended by being set up by low level DEA guys. They got him in a false sting. Which is why the judge ordered a low sentence. He only has a few more years to serve.

Let's just hope when she steps back on a basketball court, she shows a little gratefulness and stands for the Anthem, because everyone will be watching, and being a little humble will go a long ways... Her father was a two tour Vietnam veteran, if anyone cares.

Get your facts straight please, he died in the US.

After his parents requested his feeding tube be removed, Warmbier died in the hospital at 2:20 p.m. on June 19, 2017, at the age of 22.[3][63] His family issued a statement expressing their sadness, thanking the hospital staff for their actions.  Where the fuck do you get this shit?

Maybe she could run for Congress.  Always good to have those, especially POW’s in our elected leadership.

The arms dealer has been all rung out here under interrogation. He’s useless to any of his old customers.

While I don’t think the ball player should be advertised as a hero by the media but shouldn’t be left in a Russian prison for many years because she had a vape pen in her carry on.
