It’s 76 degrees here and really stupid warm to work on the sleds. I gave em an hour and it’s too hot. Looks like chasing leaves on the tractor with a fine cigar and cold cocktail is in order.

We were 78 the past 2 days, I got all my leaves knocked out and got the sled out of storage..💪💪

Yup, pretty warm here in upstate NY. Decided to put a battery in the old ‘86 and take it for it’s one and only rip this season.

Good friend of mine has a mint '89 GSXR 1100 still, he is the original owner.

Took full advantage of these wonderful days lately and got a bunch of stuff done on the property. Now my back is friggen killing me though

Yeah, I hear that.  Wind brought down most of the leaves yesterday. Should finally be done with them by next weekend.  Worst time of the year when you live in the woods.

Luckily mine were already off the trees and what was left is now in farm field thanks to the winds

My brother had a black/silver ‘89 1100. I think I rode it more than him. Lol

I Bought the ‘86 used in the spring of my senior year of high school back in ‘87. Beat the piss out of it, bike made a lot of trips to Laconia/bike week. Restored it in the early 2000’s and don’t run it more than a couple times a year now.

53 and windy as fuck here. Watched too much tv, did some computer work and just got done ripping apart some stuff on the Crossfire. Gotta order a new oil sensor to install and do a couple other things to get her ready.

Snowmobile sales are way down last few years, wheelers are out-selling them here 7-1 now.

Easy to understand given how shitty winters can be and how expensive sleds are. There are other hobbies that make more sense simply from a dollar perspective.

That said, I’m one of those dumbasses that is going to buy a sled.
