Abortion

Kamala is right, the government should not be involved in the choice and that is why the supreme court and republicans want the federal government out of that decision.  Leave this up to the states and they can decide if they want these laws as well.  That is what this is about.  Stop letting the democrats change this narrative.

Kamala and AOC are on Target . . .  It's time to let Americans have their rights as they had in 1776. . . Let them make an educated decision with their M.D.

Make the FDA an administrative department with advisory    capacity only . . .

Let the consumer ( mandated) have access to any new experimental drugs for stage 3 or 4, medical condition  or any condition their M.D. feels will help . .

DEA . . . Strip their fangs . . . Been chewing coca leaves for 2000 years. . . .  Caveat Emptor . . . Make your own choices.

Lawyers . . . Cut their tongues short . . . Eleminate standing against corporations / etc making new drugs / products .

Allow voters to decide on abortion NOT fat fake Christian men in state legislatures.

Yes, getting this decision back to the State level will do just that.  That is the whole point, to get the federal government and Washington DC out of these issues.

They are in these issues because the state legislatures made the decisions for the voters and not the voters.

You do understand how laws and elections work, right?  Voters VOTE for state legislatures to, in turn, do what the voters want.

Now this is a decision at the State level, and maybe it can be dealt with there rather than some federal shit in Washington.

You understand how a democratic republic works, right?

You know we are not a democracy, right?

Leave it up to the voters at the state level.  If you don't agree with a large group of like minded people in your area then go find an area that has people you agree with.

Why does it take people like us to figure out how easy it is to show the positive in the SC decision?

Many rights should always be set at the state level and this is exactly what the people want.

It is the VOTERS of each STATE that now get to decided, not the fucking federal government.  Do you understand that?  Get off DU and start using your head.

Now, some voter in Maine doesn't get to decide about this in California.  If they want it in Maine, they decide for MAINE only.

And you vote for the person who represents you in that decision.

Funny you pooh pooh the shit out of this, but have no problems with people no one voted for being able to circumvent the rules legislators are Constitutionally afforded the power on elections.

If you really want abortion decided at a federal level then petition your congressman to work on an amendment to the Constitution.  Why go after each individual state?  See if there are enough people in congress with the balls to do something like this.  Just say'n

If I go by the ads I see, abortion is the only thing Democrats have to run on in Minnesota.

Like seriously, the ONLY thing.

Yet they'll still be in office after the new term because of the fucking metro.

This is all about the states making the decisions and keeping the federal government out of the subject.

Not the states governments….THE VOTERS.

Put it on the ballot in every state.

Getting it out of the federal government is the first step.  FFS, if you wanted this, why didn't the dems do this a long time ago?  Oh wait, probably because Democrats wanted to continue to use this as a political divider instead of actually addressing the issue.

If the voters in that state want to they can. If they don't, fuck 'em.

New Hampshire is a small state. Your side piece may have to drive to Maine or Vermont to rid herself of that clump of cells.

Deal with it old man.
