USA Donating Member jdels Posted September 10, 2022 USA Donating Member Posted September 10, 2022 The RXC does look good. But seriously, "Arctic Cat slapped a hard embargo on certain information and boxed-in what we and others at the meeting can talk about at this moment. They plan to trickle information out to consumers over a period of time." That says to me not ready for primetime. At this point I wish they would have just waited till spring. Quote

No shit, I brought that up in the other thread. That shit should have popped ten seconds after presentation. A HS marketing project could have done better. Ive been a loyal Cat guy for 30 years but I'll be honest, at this point I just don't know...... 2 Quote

Pre-Orders begin in 2023, so do you wait a year or cross your fingers like the original Procross. This should make @taperk600 happy. I want to see one with an actual windshield... like Herf and the XC boys race with. Dear manufacturers, please include a windshield with your $15k+ snowmobiles and make the speedometer cover an accessory. 9 minutes ago, jdels said: LMAO, the website updated! https://arcticcat.txtsv.com/snow/catalyst Yeah... but who named it? They (TextronCat) applied for the Catalyst name in April according to information posted elsewhere. Edited September 10, 2022 by Crnr2Crnr Quote

I think he does the sled head tv show. Any way he said the trail sled is slightly longer, rider is moved closer to the jack shaft, they used the snowcross sled’s steering system and it steers easier Quote

The procross was not hard steer if you left angle iron and c and a skis off of it. 2 Quote

Badger** Posted September 10, 2022 Posted September 10, 2022 I would assume this notch for oncoming traffic at night. Still from the front it looks like and old REV. Quote

USA Donating Member krom Posted September 10, 2022 USA Donating Member Posted September 10, 2022 (edited) Per Troy Halverson the headlight is to make sure everyone who passes the sled at night, knows it is an Arctic Cat. Anyone remember the last performance sled AC built without a "tilted" tunnel? Edited September 10, 2022 by krom Quote
Vtblizzard800 Posted September 10, 2022 Posted September 10, 2022 Do you only ride in fields turning left all the time? Quote

122 Posted September 10, 2022 Posted September 10, 2022 That seat is really forward, they have a 137 on the RXC. Polaris did well on the ice last year with a 137, it should be interesting this year on the Cor circuit this year. Quote

Yeah I have no idea where they are getting the sp500 tunnel connection from. Looks more like an old van amberg tunnel than a sp500 tunnel Edited September 10, 2022 by Not greg b Quote
