In the end the cops couldn't do shit. But....I bet he never gets let off the hook in the future....Tail light out, cracked windshield etc and he's getting a ticket or three

I guess you missed the part where they pointed out the sign behind his truck said parking for police business only. It was a parking lot for a specific purpose which would mean it is a dedicated owned parking lot.

We've interacted with Dan a long time on these forums.  He's a good guy, just way too invested in this nonsense.  Waaaay too much time and energy hypothesizing about an unsustainable system that will never, never happen.  He's still in his 30s, plenty of time to better his situation within the present..... *cough*  praxis.  I suggest he start working on it tomorrow, and stop worrying about cops and people who've been successful in life.
