Right after he was hit he started to ball up his fist but didn't. He put his hands back behind him to control himself. Rock has dealt with hecklers all his career and knows how to deal with shit. He wanted to do something but kept control. IMHO anyway... EDIT: another thing was the way Rock reacted; keeping his cool does not have to mean it was planned... the man just may be that good at maintaining his composer. I wish I could find that clip....
