We have documentation / processes we use at work, and some of it has the reference of Master Document: XYZ (where the XYZ is the scope of work and it contains links to a bunch of other specific documents). We're being told we need to edit all of these and replace the "Master" with "Parent". Seriously, WTF? I have at least half a dozen of these "Master" documents written by black employees - and even they seem to be shaking their heads.
