Just when you thought there wasn’t anyone dumber than AOC

Another Nut Case that escaped from a Hospital for the criminally

Insane. And she's elected? What rock did they find her under? Now I've

heard it all. I Hope the NRA Publishes this on their front page.

In Texas, State Representative Terry Meza (D- Irving) has introduced

HB196. Her bill would repeal the state's "Castle Doctrine." This

doctrine allows a homeowner to use deadly force against an armed

intruder who breaks into his home.

Now listen to what she has to say...

"I'm not saying that stealing is okay," Meza

explained. "All I'm saying is that it doesn't warrant a death penalty.

Thieves only carry weapons for self-protection and to provide the

householder an incentive to cooperate. They just want to get their

loot and get away. When the resident tries to resist is when people

get hurt. If only one side is armed fewer people will be killed."

Meza was quick to reassure that her bill would not totally prevent

homeowners from defending themselves.

Under her new law, “… the homeowner's obligation is to flee the

home at the first sign of intrusion. If fleeing is not possible, he

must cooperate with the intruder. But if violence breaks out it is the

homeowner's responsibility to make sure no one gets hurt. The best way

to achieve this is to use the minimum non-lethal force possible

because intruders will be able to sue for any injuries they receive at

the hands of the homeowner.

"In most instances the thief needs the money more than the homeowner

does," Meza reasoned. "The homeowner's insurance reimburse his losses.

On balance, the transfer of property is likely to lead to a more

equitable distribution of wealth. If my bill can help make this

transfer a peaceful one so much the better."

3 shots? 1 round of 00 buck usually takes the fight out of them and saves on ammo too

Maybe just let the GSD take care of things and not spend a round unless needed  :thumb:

I hadn't realized when someone broke into your home you had plenty of time to figure out what to do next, Liberal logic at its finest.

1st you have to unlock your gun safe and retrieve your gun, then find the keys to the trigger lock, then open the other safe where you have properly stored your ammo, then make sure you grab the correct ammo for the gun you are holding, load the mag with several rounds remembering how many rounds you loaded, insert the mag into the fire arm, rack the slide, take the safety off and then shoot the M'er  who broke into YOUR HOME to rob or cause harm to you and your family............. frantics.gif.05de475a449777a1694335af03579f91.gif

Or you could just reach into the top drawer of the nightstand right beside the bed pull out your gun and shoot..........

I cut it off 2 inches due to the barrel splitting from a little overloaded shell from when I used to trap shoot and re-loaded my own shells.:ashamed:
