”Butterstorm” was always fun to ruffle up too.  Seemed to have onion paper skin.

He liked to "discuss" things :lol:I will give him this though,,,his 800 Indy was quick,,,like unfucking real quick for an 800 cfi (the bad one). I saw him run, and only sled to beat him was a vmax 800 pro stock all day.

His advantage didn't seem to be power,,it was clutching/gearing and traction,,it hooked and booked. My discerning eye just saw a Power commander and a 14" wide 1" track with 144 studs using chisels and picks.

I've got some older Indy's that bring back good memories of the speed runs and radar run days.  Trail ride one for any length of time and you can't wait to get off of it.

I relive those days looking at pics of restored or survivor Indy's. My back thanks me

That's not Joe, unless we're talking about a different Joe. I forgot this guys name, think it was Dave, he passed some years ago.

One poster claimed an 03 F7 did 110mph in 500ft.  Then edited it when called on said bullshit.  Added Beetlejuice, it worked

Yup was Joe is so good he can't even beat his 10 year old record.

He don’t even race sleds any more all three of his records can’t be beat because there is no more trail stock class just stock class with speed track and lube system he could put those on and run but he won’t he is busy with kid sports now
