Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays

Both are rooted in Christian old English 

Acctaly the term.happy holidays became comercialy acceptable and more widely used commercially after a success ad campain by camel 

Somthing like

The gift of camel says Happy holidays happy smoking .

don't really care but I know the people that are offended by merry Christmas so I make a special effort to say Merry Christmas to them.

Also we have a guy at work that we call the Jew. He's not really a Jew but Happy Hanuka it is for him LOL
