Is it the 4th Amendment that affirms the right to a speedy trial?  Living like that pretty much guarantees that if the Clintons don’t suicide her, she’ll do it herself.  All of Epstein’s victims need to have her stand trial and sing like a songbird.  That’s why dragging it out is stupid.

Nope, it’s the 6th

She will disappear under the cover of the liberal media and this will all just be forgotten.

This.  And if it actually happens, it will just reaffirm my suspicions regarding that part of society.

And just like that, a mass murder, right on schedule.

Yep, now we have the Waukesha parade issue and the media will continue to ignore the maxwell case.  Must be people in HIGH positions that have connections to her.

And guess what else,

The judge in the Ghislaine Maxwell may get a promotion.  WOW

The Manhattan federal judge presiding over the Ghislaine Maxwell sex-trafficking trial will finish the case — even though she may be promoted to a position on a federal appeals court, she said Wednesday.

“I will continue to do my day job, which includes presiding over this trial until completion,” Judge Alison Nathan said in court Wednesday morning after reports of her possible promotion to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals were published.

She added that she was “honored” at the possibility to serve on the appeals court.

In a statement Tuesday, US Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said he would recommend Nathan for the appeals court job, calling her an “outstanding” jurist.

He doesn't understand the concept of what media reports on vs what they leave alone.  FFS, a guy runs over a parade and snacks thinks others thought it was planned?  It wasn't planned, but the media concentrates on this rather than the maxwell trial.  And this probably could have been prevented, but liberals put his bail at 1000 bucks.  Create a problem, then come in and save the day.  Launching an "investigation" about this low bail.  They really have lemmings for followers.

And the President’s new nominee to serve on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, Judge Alison J. Nathan, would be the second openly LGBT woman to serve on any federal circuit court. The first is current Second Circuit Judge Beth Robinson from Vermont, who was nominated by President Biden earlier this year and confirmed by the Senate on November 1, 2021.

Judge Alison J. Nathan has served as a United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York since 2011. She previously served as Special Counsel to the Solicitor General of New York from 2010 to 2011. From 2009 to 2010, Judge Nathan served in the White House Counsel’s Office as an Associate White House Counsel and Special Assistant to the President. Judge Nathan was a Fritz Alexander Fellow at New York University School of Law from 2008 to 2009 and a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at Fordham University Law School from 2006 to 2008. From 2002 to 2006, Judge Nathan was an associate at the law firm Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr, LLP in Washington D.C. and New York. Judge Nathan served as a law clerk for United States Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens from 2001 to 2002 and for Judge Betty B. Fletcher on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from 2000 to 2001.

Judge Nathan received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 2000, and her B.A. from Cornell University in 1994.

One of the youngest on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York

And now is being nominated for this.

Interesting how this will come out being that the judge is a long time democrat and was involved in many democrat campaigns for POTUS including John Kerry.
