Got a couple of them yet. One for Mikuni, one for Khein. Not sure what toolbox they are in though

Yep...I even use them on EFI sleds...Lets see who can figure that one out...

remove spark plugs, drop one in each hole, install spark plugs?

It's adjustable by using differant main jet sizes...I had a Zuk 1000 as lean as a 260 MJ (300mj is considered the baseline) at a grass drag back around 2014ish...

I remember the Cat guys using them. Simple but efective

When I had an RXL put an adjustable regulator on and guage mounted in the key panel.
