Off the top of my head ... Speedwerx and Black Diamond Extreme/SSI are both in MN and then you've got BMP just across the border in St. Croix Falls, WI.  I'm not sure how much of a drive you're looking to make out of it, but all three of those shops would seem to be capable of doing what you're looking for?

Edit:  I did a quick Google after my reply and also came across this:  http://mcdynotech.com/services.html

Does SSI have a dyno?  I've been to bdx a few times before SSI joined them and they didn't at that time.  Bikeman does also but they didn't seem very eager to do this the last time I talked to them.

Edit, I just remembered about this place.  Buddy of mine had some work done here to his zrt back in the day and was very happy, looks like they do what I'm looking for.  Forest Lake area.

Straight-line if the guy learned 1/2  of what his old man taught him should do a good job helping you dial it in
