He'll be given a stern warning and be "forced" to be an advocate for gun reform and do PSA's on gun safety.....paid for with tax dollars including any of his out of pocket and a per diem for his troubles. I mean...damn. This worked out well for him. No question. Like I said…if it can happen in the hands of the great alec Baldwin…..certainly commoners can’t be trusted with a firearm. I think we have all grown a little wiser as a nation, thanks to this accident.
Platinum Contributing Member Skidooski Posted October 26, 2021 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted October 26, 2021 Why was he pointing a gun at the cinematographer and pulling the trigger??? airflite1
It may be going in the direction it should. https://legalinsurrection.com/2021/10/legal-analysis-alec-baldwin-situation-beginning-to-look-a-lot-like-manslaughter/ The more we learn about the facts of this case, within the context of New Mexico criminal law, the more this shooting looks increasingly like a crime—specifically, felony involuntary manslaughter. He was handed a COLD GUN practicing his next lines and scene in front of the camera, the woman who die and the guy who got hit were behind the camera when they were "accidently" shot with the PROP GUN which was declared to be safe to use on the set. It's verbalized on set whenever a gun is introduced to a scene. The gun is checked by the prop man. It's his responsibility.

Well it wasn't a prop, was a real gun, the crew was shooting it earlier that morning for target/plinking, the armorer was a woman..they were not shooting a scene, Alec had the loaded gun and was practicing his quick draw for an upcoming scene they were shooting later that day. Where the fuck you get your info?? Either you're being fed a bunch of BS or just making shit up

Oh yes it is his fault alic was 100% irresponsible with a firearm he had in his possession. If you are so inept you can't inspect your own firearm you have zero buidness holding it let alone paying cowboy with it . Just a FACT

Or were you out back jerking off alic during the first 5 min of the class ? he'll you twatts want to charge a person who ownes a gun if some one gets at it other than the owner and kills some one because it was not secure . But when some ass hat litteraly is playing cowboy kills a person . It us zone one else's fault Better question why don't all actors just aim for the arm in every take? You know like the cops should do lol It is the only responsible way to shoot even with a loaded prop gun
