Mismanaged forests leading to wildfires, mismanaged water systems leading to Ag and other issues.   Largest homeless population in the country by far.   Gov. recall election occurring.   Cities with such outrageous taxes 40%+ plan on moving (SF).   Business exodus due to regulations and high taxes.  Extremely high COL.   Basically the state is falling apart but lets force retailers into having gender neutral retail sections.

Sounds about right for California.

A Democrat run state by whom you ask? Pelosi, Newsom and the now infamous VP, who, during her attempt at governance there, only received about 1% of the vote.

It is really sad what the liberals did to a once great state in just my life time even .

A friend of a friend who went there a couple years ago was disgusted by what she seen. She was pissed no one told her, especially her travel agent, what to expect. Needless to say she stated she will never go back.

Opposite ends of the ideolog spectrum.

Both equally stupid, for purely partisan reasons.

You should have voted for Kodos.

Technically, no it has not.

The ruling does however, allow Texas to enact the law that essentially does.

This will likely IMO speed up the process of upping the number of supreme court judges.

As has been discussed.

Lots of unpopular shit going down these days.

In order to change the number of justices they need to remove the filibuster.   So far 2 dem Senator's have said no chance of that.
