I sent a set of shocks to Mike Carver for a revalve/upgrade and am making a list of shit I want/need on the shelf now for spares or otherwise, before winter rolls in and there's another parts shortage.

My kid keeps getting on my phone some how and ordering parts to finally get the Thundercat done. I think the only thing left that I need is a track now.

if you have an old cat check Thomas sno sports for parts, they had a bunch of NLA stuff I needed in stock.

I am a tick under 1000 miles for the season. I might go ride to town and back tomorrow just to brake 1000 miles for the season but I am done until after new year. Too many people rolling into town. My brother came up and road a modern sled with me and my dad for the first time in probably 30 years. The last time me and my brother road a snowmobile together was in our backyard when we were like 10 and it was 2up on a 1980s jag. We road about 200 miles over the last couple days and that’s a lot for him. It was a lot of fun for all of us.

Back to working on the Lynx. The Tillotson is trying my patience...

Forgot how much I like USI X2 skis on trail sleds.

Dad’s on his way back from Canada riding. They burnt one skidoo to the ground and crashed a truck. Sounds like they had a good time.

Found out they also rolled a new thunder cat/sidewinder multiple times. Can’t wait to hear the story when he gets back lol

Not sure what happened to the Wankel "market". You used to hardly be able to give those things away. Not when you find them, if the motor turns over it is like $500 minimum and if it is a whole sled, like a grand if it is decent.

I think they figured that some studs falling out would help cover up the sled pushing because their shitbox carbides are pretzels after the first road crossing or trailer loading.
