My kids kept snacking the confit garlic out of the pork fat while helping make tortillas.

I haven't seen the Master Chef post a dinner.  Wonder why.  I'm just a hack that loves to eat and feed others.

And soups are NOT one of my strengths.  Make a mean beer cheese, but never think of making others.

I posted this a little ways back if you use the search feature and look for cheeseburger pie on here. I don't use green peppers and I only use a 1/2 cup of tomato sauce, clicky the link below........

Oh yes. Now I remember.  I've made similar in the air fryer. I call it deep dish pizza though.

Was too lazy to fire up the grill and stand outside, so I used the broiler to make some Beef satay, peanut sauce, sticky rice and cucumber salad.
