Oh yeah, son is a regular. They set up shop at Payne Marine this year for the Islanders but after a short, successful stint

We do the regular thighs and boneless/skinless breasts in the air fryer with roasted red pepper/garlic spice. They always come out nicely cooked and moist.

Home with the covids, so wife whipped up some home made onion soup, with the toasted croutons, melted cheese in the crock....Delish.  Now a little Makers Mark and some hot tub to clear the sinuses.
