Went to a POLISH anniversary party about 30 years ago.

They had kielbasa...................the best I ever tasted in my life.

There are a few good kielbasa companies in Chicopee Mass. My Polish friend owns a Polish food store and has about six brands in stock.

Small world,  I'm in Speras alot. Great deli and meat

I hear you! I'm there just about every day to pick up dinner. Great place, you just don't buy paper plates there or a thing of mustard or Katchup!! Haha..

Holler if you ever want to grab a beer or need a riding buddy :bc:

About three nights ago, Omaha Steaks pork loin with mashed, loaded with gravy, and green peas.

Omaha steaks pork loin again, with their seasoning, probably tomorrow night on the grille.

Lobsters today, with baked ( microwave ) potato and cole slaw.

Left-over claws, enough for a whole meal tomorrow or next day.

Rotisserie turkey legs from Market Basket.......... addictive.

Fried bologna, shredded left over baked potatoes with cheese and bacon.

I haven't had fried bologna in years. I can remember an uncle of mine that used to eat fried bologna all the time.

I do enjoy a bologna and cheese with mustard every once in a while.

My wife had it all the time growing up, I'd never had it till we met.

Her father was the same, ate it all the time. Sometimes it's the simple things... :bc:

How about Mac n cheese loaf?

Yep, Mac & cheese loaf :bc:

My grandmother's French Canadian meat pie is one the foods that I miss. My mother inlaw has made me a few, but they weren't the same :(
