They are also broadly in favor of safer gun laws, expanding voting rights, healthcare etc. the Repubs just ignore.

Not entirely true.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- In the absence of a high-profile mass shooting in the U.S. in 2020 and amid the coronavirus pandemic, civil unrest related to racial justice issues and the contentious presidential election campaign, Americans are less likely than they have been since 2016 to call for increased gun control. The latest majority (57%) in the U.S. who call for stricter laws covering the sale of firearms marks a seven-percentage-point decline since last year. At the same time, 34% of U.S. adults prefer that gun laws be kept as they are now, while 9% would like them to be less strict.

57% is a majority.

REPUB MENTALITY
Voter ID = Yes

Gun ID = Hell NO

Um, guns already have an ID - its called a serial number.

And the owners register them when purchased, so where do you get the "Hell NO"??

What are "safer gun laws"? Is that where they take away all of the guns?

The only safe gun is the one in Government possession

The only good healthcare system is the one Government controls

A federal gun safety requirement. Safe training and periodic classes required to renew.

You need it to hunt, have a electricians, plumbers, barbers license.

If someone were to use weapons in the specific running of a business your statement might hold water.

I'll concede if you use a gun as a regular part of your job you need a license and training....oh wait....I think we already have that.

It's nice to see Democrats starting to come around to the idea of proving who you are to vote

Now that they beat Trump by doing so, and they are worried it may happen to them. Bunch of fucking clowns

The Democrat’s have ignored making Healthcare better also ..wake up.

Ever heard of force the vote? They had their chance to force a better system recently and like always they blew it and did nothing.

The Democrat’s will continue to talk about making things better only while they campaign for another 20+ years, But once they get in they do exactly the opposite.

Especially if dumb liberal boomer sheep like yourself keep voting and buying into their bullshit.

Every LEGAL sale.

Don't waste your time on him.  He wants private sales done through an FFL in conjunction with a national gun registry.  It's for your safety.

Back in my high school days the student parking lot had trucks with gun racks as well as cars with assorted weaponry during the various hunting seasons. Some even brought in guns to the office for safe keeping. No panic whatsoever. No mass murder or crime. Funny how things change.

We would get permission slip from parents and bring our guns to school on bus!

shooting fellow classmates was farthest thing from our minds!!

science teacher was our gun safety instructor.

I thought most states didn’t require gun registration. NH definitely doesn’t like you said. Bill HR 127 I thought was trying to get registration required on guns and ammo though?
