The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 32% of Likely U.S. Voters think, compared to most recent presidents, President Biden is a stronger commander in chief for the military. Forty-three percent (43%) believe Biden is a weaker commander in chief than most recent presidents. Eighteen percent (18%) say Biden is about the same as most recent presidents as a military leader.
