Shit food. Boomers look like health freaks in comparison.

Oh that's right, shit lifestyles didn't fit the narrative of your choice today.  How silly of me.

Later born Gen x’ers have the same fate. Long life with poor health. GenXer’s and millennials will drain the health care system.

How can we fix this terrible abundance of food to avoid this disaster?

But the article says they're not smoking near as much, so that's a plus, right?

The diseases discussed in the article are all related to inflammation. Determine the food additives responsible for inflammation and reduce their use in the food supply. There’s only three main culprits. Two are the most insidious. One is the absolute worst.

There is no doubt that my Boomer parents ate better than I did growing up. They had a full time homemakers that made home cooked meals.

I ate more processed foods for sure as my mother worked.

My wife and I have always tried cooking better foods for my kids, but they are almost out of the roost. They eats shit tons of fruit. I never ate any fruit growing up.

My experience with Lyme disease seems to have brought out the fact that I have gluten sensitivity (causes greater inflammation) and it is better for me to not eat it, only rarely.

Fuck it sucks to age.......lol
