And he will probably do half that time or less.

They say the average in that state for that charge is 15 years, not sure the minimum  for ideal prisoner with good behavior.

In other words, to keep employing cops, society needs to allow them to kill people in their custody. Cool logic.

Nop diff situation.  A guy pulled over knowen to be wanted on a felony gun warrent . Yeah tabs were the reason they said they pulled him over and any one with a brain knowes the plate scanner flaged the car and tabs were the reason that allowed the pull over.  If his tabs were good they would have wanted Till he swerved or some shit . There was a reason there were 3 squads on sceen and 1 of them parked sideways on the street . Yeah that is the norm for tabs lol.ok

Now we have a felony warrant for firearms no less a guy fighting back and attempting to flee . Yeah real racist situation.  No adrenalin pumping in those split second situations .

Real ez to arm chair QB on your ez chair .

She get convicted you won't find a application for a city cop emfor a long long time.  Who would want the risk?  Face to face with thug life shit bags day in day out who now know you can't do shit and if you do you are going down.

BLM New York says verdict is because of blm and others raising hell and Rioting.. He says if they didn’t, they would have gotten walked over again with police getting no reprocussions.

Between that and politics he’s right, the case was given to them.

Bottom line, he had his knee on his neck too long. But at the same time, let's change the laws so anyone who physically resists arrest gets one month mandatory prison. Got to be fair both ways, no?

Pretty sure he was gonna have a “resisting arrest” charge on him...but, dead instead!  What did he learn?  The same thing most black activists learned...nothing.

Resisting arrest is becoming the common “cool thing” to do if you are a minority.  It’s going to continue to end up poorly....and eventually, lead to some really nasty shit.  Good.

Its to fucking cold to be outside looting.

for sure.  It was cold and snowing yesterday.  The race baiting reverends out numbered the protesters.  2to 1

Black men in expensive suits and gold chains hollering about more work to do.

No matter if you think he was guilty or innocent its hard to imagine the jurors were not potentially influenced by outside factors.   I do not think the decision will be overturned but everyone deserves a fair trial and judgement of their peers free from outside influence.

I agree 100%, but on the bold .... we have clearly learned that doesn't apply if avoiding riots, looting, and the burning to the ground at a level never seen before, are more important than justice.
