But it is giving many a false sense of security right along with unknown side effects. The current shot will also do jack shit for variants. In 3 months those that first got the shot can start getting the next one. I'm in wait and see mode as both my parents who were in excellent health pre Pfizer are having all kinds of post shot issues. If you have elderly family members that have had any of the shots at a minimum monitor their blood pressure and keep an eye out for symptoms of stroke or heart attack. Coworker, his daughter and his son all had it. Bad. His wife had been vaccinated by requirements of her job. She even slept in the same bed as he did (IE they continued to live life as normal) and she never got it. I would say it (vaccine) works. I still have my skepticisms though too.
