LexusLover
shitty, we've been in lockdown for over to months now. We are allowed to ride, but all the warm up shacks are boarded shut. don't want people gathering in the shacks. Major fine if you get caught. enjoy! it ain't fun at all, but our numbers have certainly come down. you can thank all the selfish bastards in TO and surrounding area. I feel your pain, I thought that this was going to be the situation, the northern areas don’t want GTA riders coming up, I don’t blame them at all. My saving Grace maybe local southern Ontario snow and I can ride out of my Back40 and break trail through hydro Cora door for many miles of off trail riding and no one cares, then rip back home for dinner. The government there just doesn’t want everyone pulling on their healthcare system at once. It will cost them too much money.

How many people do you think they're saving from CoViD by shutting down snowmobile trails? It's nanny state. Look to the state to tell is all what to do and how to live? Like I said, FUCK THAT SHIT. corner 2 corner you want to stay off the trails so you don't die if CoViD, I support you in doing that, stay home. I have a problem with anyone else telling you to stay home. Sorry to trigger your libtardness but you have the right to be offended I suppose and I have the right to not GAF Edited January 21, 2021 by mnstang 1

I may agree with bars, restaraunts and gathering places. I can't argue with the Canadian government shutting down their trails, because I'm not Canadian. mnstang
18k (supposed) deaths for an entire country just makes it even worse to be shutting down travel. That's nothing. More people probably died from trees falling on them. Oh no some people are standing closer than 6' from eachother in the middle of fucking nowhere, let's stop all socializing! Oh yeah and kill all those businesses! Yeah winning!! Totally fucking "winning"! WTF man please just stay home for your own good, the world is very scary and dangerous. I do more dangerous shit every weekend than what CoViD will ever do. Let's all just hide in our homes until we starve to death so we don't get the flu, if you're incredibly unhealthy you might even have a symptom! Oh no! So population density or any other real metric doesn’t mean anything when discussing death numbers? Just thoughts and feelings? Most Canadians haven’t had the ability to think or do for themselves through all of this. Government does not want to go broke with healthcare costs. I don’t know many but the few Canadians that I do know think their government reaction is a joke and they don’t agree with it. I can’t find that sort of metric in any type of cdc data chart, however. Let's all just hide in our homes until we starve to death so we don't get the flu, if you're incredibly unhealthy you might even have a symptom! Oh no! ok, let's say just 33% of those deaths are undeniably attributed to Covid - and our neighboring country is still less than Minnesota's 'reported' number. this nation mourned and went to war in Afghanistan over 2,977 deaths on 9/11 - yet we never declared war or united on a virus that killed yet NY City has had 26,161 'reported' Covid deaths. Closing snowmobile trails makes less sense than closing walking/biking paths, XC-ski/snowshoe trails yet WalMart, Target and Canadian Tire stores are considered 'essential'. I get your perspective and respect it but at this time the Canadian government saw fit to make a decision you adamantly oppose. 6 minutes ago, SayatodaU.P.eh? said: So population density or any other real metric doesn’t mean anything when discussing death numbers? I can’t find that sort of metric in any type of cdc data chart, however. of course it does, Montreal and Toronto aren't exactly hick-town's. I can only extrapolate the provided data and make just comparisons. most of my Canadian friends haven't changed much of their lifestyles, but still take precautions. Government health care in Canada is 'the people', as in their wallet. we don't think that way, because we don't subscribe to 'socialist values' like all those liberal Canucks. these are just our opinions and perspectives, would be nice to have actual Canadians weigh in here on the subject. 4 minutes ago, mnstang said: What don't you fucking understand?
