fortune46x
Anyone have any good sites/places to look for NOS or otherwise center drive tracks? Got my dads gp433 running this weekend and the track is starting to show signs of weathering. on a side note - 40mph on this thing feels like 100 on my 800... Idk how people rode these damn things.
Doomxz600
Hey that's great, nice thing about that era Yamaha is they pretty much all used the same track. I always went with Dennis Kirk and the like. Ebay also works just try using the OEM part number in your search.
racinfarmer
There is a vintage white hood Yamaha Facebook group, or something like that. Someone there would have one. Does the sled have the red or green drivers?

racinfarmer
Come to think of it, I saw a few of those at Dan's Salvage in Clarissa. He wants old sled stuff gone, so bring cash. Tons of stuff upstairs, but the tracks were on the main floor.
mnstang
I know a few guys deep in the vintage world, they talk in a different language. They're on the prominent vintage sled forums, I think those forums are pretty active.

Check out this guy Dr Mario. He's primarily Polaris and actually makes cleated tracks for 60's and 70's Polaris sleds. I don't know if Polaris ever had a center drive but this guy may be able to help out. https://www.ebay.com/str/drmariosvintagepolaris https://www.facebook.com/Dr-Mario-Vintage-Polaris-Parts-381398125388699/ http://vintagepolarispart.com/?fbclid=IwAR2tu9auWiu6paZORT8PXpeLKp7f6vDUMrGVngfe21aM2JSQ9LwV2CRn1YQ Edited January 3, 2021 by Doug

You road them with a shaving kit full of tools and a old musterd bottle full of gas . But that was only to work on all the non yammis in your crew
