Does lug height effect the final drive ratio?

OK, this was the ORIGINAL hypothetical proposed by Franklin Roberts, of Tanana, Alaska, about 5 years ago: 

ON A FLAT, HARD PLANE, does lug height affect the FINAL DRIVE RATIO on a snowmobile, ALL other factors being equal???

Any one who wants to go 10 Gs with me on this, I'm still waiting for a PM.

It started way before that. Anyone remember who originally started the debate?

I can only remember Frankie, about 5 years ago. It wouldn't surprise me if this has been around a lot longer!!  :lol:

I think it was right after Rob started the original FS. I think we started SledNH in 2006 and FS was 2 years later. So around  '08
