Trump Tax Returns Reveal That The President Is Personally $421 Million In Debt

Trump is no different than Suzy CC Switcher. You all know one like her, she switches her cc balance to a new card at least 4 times a year. She has zero assets and major cc balances. She gets a new card to pay off an old card at a new rate. Eventually she uses up all her options and the cc companies shut her off. Now she resorts to illegal borrowing at a much higher rate. When it’s time to make payments and she falls behind, her creditor has her do favors and extends her payments.

Suzy is Trump on a larger scale who’s ass is owned by the Russian mob.

Open your eyes Trumptards. Our National Security is at stake.

So say he's in debt 421 mil for shits and giggles. Let's say he's worth 2 bil. How many people can say that your net worth is 79% of your assets. Not terribly shabby.

I have a better one for you.

What real estate investment has zero debt/unleveraged?  Not one you or anyone would want to touch.

If he holds a billion in RE assets for example  you would think that he would have 700 million plus on that.

And while interest are deductible in any year, capital payouts can be deferred.

Taxes 101.

To use leverage with real estate is nothing new.  I think it's one of the reasons Trump isn't harder on deficit spending.  He's used to the life of borrowing cheap money.

Howie Carr did one of his infamous polls today about how concerned people are about Trumps taxes.  94% don't care.  We haven't even discussed the unverified nature of this information, how it was obtained and worse, all the arm chair pontificators who think they can decipher the tax returns of a billionaire.

Are you really this fucking stupid or are you really just fucking with us?

He could liquidate and still owe millions. He’s financed to the max plus he lies on his property values...it makes it even worse.

Still assuming he’s honest?

No, I'm questioning what you posted, "he's broke, can't pay his bills, but got 72.9million tax return??"

You see the contradiction there??

The funny part about this is when he was elected , dems demanded that no business's stay in his name " a president cannot make money while in office"

So he did what they wanted.

Now they scream at the results of their demands.

yep , funny.

do you really think banks just take him at his word.  SMH.  They appraise all the property they are lending against.  the current hit to commercial property certainly has devalued them but it's been years since he put those loans in place so it's doubtful he is financed to the max

I'm amazed at your ability to get the complete lowdown on Trump's outstanding loans and worldwide property values. You must have friends in high places.
