The fancy 500 dollar thermostat crapped out this fall, and now I am left wondering why I bought a high tech computer controlled furnace. The old one was only 6% less efficient and worked fine. Never has our rates increased by 50% in one swoosh like with FORD. As Wynne decreased our rates in her last 4 years (more facts) Smart meters also increased our rates. That means the furnace has no idea if it needs to come on. Great, a freaking small issue means no heat. Then they replaced it, all fine for now.
