Did the name not ring any bells when Mr. Atwal was added to the invite list, apparently by a Liberal backbencher from B.C.?

Perhaps that Liberal backbencher is in fact a Sikh separatist and views the guy as a hero to the cause. Perhaps Trudope should be interested in the background and allegiance of his own MP that he takes to India rather than just taking him because he wears a turban.

On 1 report I saw last night, there were pics of Atwal & Michael Ignatieff & then JT before he was PM. It would would appear that this guy has been hanging the Libtards for a while.

Similar coverage:

https://www.ctvnews.ca/video?clipId=1333113

One person speaking about Randeep Sarai had this comment after it was disclosed he invited the guy. "Your character is judged by the company you keep". Then went on to wonder why the MP thought it was prudent to associate w/ Atwal and/or invite him on the trip?

Maybe they went to high school together?

Right now we are the laughing stock of the world and that is 100% due to JT.

Someone opened their eyes & realises it's just an act:

Quote

“I confess, from afar, I used to be a Trudeau fan-girl,” she writes. “But after this trip, I’ve changed my mind. Trudeau has come across as flighty and facetious. His orchestrated dance moves and multiple costume changes in heavily embroidered kurtas and sherwanis make him look more like an actor on a movie set or a guest at a wedding than a politician who is here to talk business.

“Suddenly, all that charisma and cuteness seem constructed, manufactured and, above all, not serious.”

If it wasn't for all the costume changes, you could say the emperor has no clothes.

On the bold, Bob Hope or Bing Crosby in 1 of their "On The Road..." movies?

Uh I'm pretty sure the CBC & CTV have been all over him about this too.

Never mind the snubbing at the airport, where the prime minister was greeted by a lone junior minister. Or that the Indian prime minister, Narendra Modi, did not welcome his Canadian counterpart via Twitter as is his common practice, announcing instead upon Trudeau’s arrival that he would be tweaking his schedule to make room for a meeting with Donald Trump Jr., then in the country on business.

Never mind that Trudeau mischaracterized a new investment deal between the two countries, overstating by a factor of four the promised Indian investment in Canada. Or the light schedule, which seemed to slate more time for tourism than diplomacy.

Trudeau has generally fared well on international trips, deploying his charm and charisma to great effect. But the international-headline-making disaster in India raises old questions about the prime minister’s seriousness. Blundering around in his overly formal Indian outfits, inviting an alleged terrorist to dinner, Trudeau made of this important trip a bad – and potentially rather costly – joke.

He is trying to blame his MP.

Is his MP to blame for this, back in 2015.

Jaspal Atwal, right, poses with Justin Trudeau at the South Asian Media Roundtable press conference in a photo posted on Facebook by Community Times Canada in May 2015. Trudeau was Liberal leader at the time.

Fail has his RRSP/TFSA in a bank GIC at 2.25%.... You can do far better with other investments but he would be happy with that since he isn't losing money...

Highest I have seen is 2.75 for one year and 3.25 for 5 years from these guys.  No dealings  or experience with them though.

You can take the boy out of "the drama teacher" but you can't take "the drama teacher out of the boy". That's why he can shed those crocodile tears on cue.

On his own Facebook page, Atwal has posted an earlier picture of himself with Trudeau and an unidentified man in a turban. It was, at least for a time, his Facebook “cover” photograph.

And social media reveal similar pictures of him posing with at least two of Trudeau’s predecessors, former Liberal leaders Bob Rae and Michael Ignatieff.

:lol:There you have it... Fail's goal is to achieve mediocrity. 2.25% is a good investment :lol:Or in fact not even mediocrity... piss poor. No wonder he thinks the Canadian markets and economy are doing so well.

Canada's National Embarrassment. Just look at the expression on his sons face. When you look at the people around him even the Indians aren't dressing like he is.

02 Fail is referring to Omers AVC.  Returns are 7-11%.

I dont know why the world is so suprised that Atwal is in India at JT's invitation.

what has JT stood for?

  • Bring home the fighter jets and stop bombing ISIS.
  • Pay a convicted terrorist 10.5 million.
  • Meet secretly with Josha Boyle after he spends 5 years with Taliban.
  • Claims ISIS fighters can be reintegrated into society.

Now people are upset that someone convicted of a crime 30 years ago is on his guest list?

JT has no balls otherwise he would stand up and proclaim that the guy was rehabilitated and deserves to be there which is exactly what JT believes.  Instead he is now throwing underlings under bus until he can get them home and give them a cush appointment for following his orders.

I figured that was what he was referring to but isn't that  just for the government pension plan though? I didn't know that was an open investment where you can put whatever you  want into it apart from the pension plan. Personally I paid into the employer pension plans BUT I also put money into my own RRSP/TFSA and non registered investments. He did say GIC's are good.

You can use your rrsp contribution room to invest and get the raw returns just like an rrsp.  This is only for omers members and is well worth it.

Like I thought... to the maximum RRSP contribution which is similar to a lot of company plans. But no TFSA, no non registered investments. That's where Fail would be happy with a GIC at 2.25%.
